LimoLink (“we,” “our” and/or “us”) recognizes the importance of personal privacy to those who use our services. We want you to understand how we gather, use, and safeguard your information. This policy explains our privacy practices for information that we collect, use and share from LimoLink Users, BizRide Users (collectively “Users”), and the network of independent operators that we utilize to arrange service (“Chauffeurs”).

Information We Collect
Registration Information. We collect information on you in order to set up an account. This may include your name, address, email, phone number(s), login name and password.
User Profile information. You may provide us additional information about your preferences such as preferred vehicle.
Payment information. When you add a credit card or payment method to your account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. To keep your financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Chauffeur Information. For Chauffeurs we may also collect payment or banking information, vehicle information, licensing and permitting, government identification numbers, photo, insurance information and driving records. We may share this information with a third party that will run a driving record check but only with your permission.
Device Information. LimoLink receives information from your device when you use our websites or mobile applications this may include IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Location Information - Mobile Apps. If you are a Chauffeur, we collect location information about the real time location of the vehicle before or during a trip both when the app is open and on the screen and open but not on the screen of your device.
How Long We Store Your Personal Data
Credit card information is stored for two years past the expiration date of the credit card.
Personal data is stored as long as your account is active or LimoLink has a need for the information to provide services to you.
Chauffeur information such as a copy of driver license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration are kept for 1 year past expiration date (or until a new copy is supplied to us)
How We Use Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties
To provide products and services and maintain customer relationships
To administer your account(s) and process your payments for products and services
To operate our websites and applications, including online registration processes
Chauffeur information such as cell phone number and vehicle information is shared, upon request, with passengers for the purpose of connecting with the chauffeur during the execution of the service.
Who We Share Your Information with External to LimoLink
Third party operators whom either provide LimoLink ride services and/or LimoLink provides services to. This includes information passed to your driver for the purpose of providing you the service requested.
Payment processors for the purpose of collecting for services provided by LimoLink to you.
LimoLink uses a third party provider to assist us in providing LimoLink marketing materials to our customers. We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
All information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer Technology.
Editing and Deleting Your Information
You can review and edit certain sections of your personal information from the LimoLink Client Website, BizRide Client Website, Voyager App or BizRide App under the My Profile section.
If you require your information to be deleted you may contact us at Privacy@limolink.com and request your information be deleted. We will delete or anonymize the information unless we require it to
- Collect outstanding balances
- Assist with any legal investigations
- Prevent fraud
- Resolve any outstanding disputes
- Require it for Tax purposes
OtherCredit Card Processing. LimoLink complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI") by scheduling quarterly PCI scans of our system and a once a year full PCI Audit conducted by a third party vendor specializing in PCI compliance.
Minors. LimoLink does not knowingly collect information from minors 13 years of age and younger. If LimoLink becomes aware of the collection of information from a minor we will take steps to delete that information from our system.
Special Information for European Union Users. If you have used our services while in the European Union you have the right to file a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor ("EDPS"), regarding personal data processed specifically for those events.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our services who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, California residents are entitled to request and obtain such information, by e-mailing a request to Privacy@limolink.com or call us at 877-271-9862:Changes to our policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be available on the LimoLink websites and apps. If the policy updates are extensive we will post notice of changes via the websites or apps for a period of 90 calendar days after the update is published.
As long as you continue to use LimoLink you are agreeing to this policy and any updates.
